At The Poovai, every product is crafted with care. To ensure fairness and hygiene, we follow a No Returns Policy.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges are only applicable if the product is:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • Accompanied by the original invoice and tags.

    • Opening video of the package is available.

  • Customers may request an exchange for:

    • Size issues

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Wrong item delivered

No Returns / No Refunds

  • We do not offer returns or monetary refunds under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges will be provided for eligible cases only, as per policy.

🚚 Exchange Process

  1. Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at [Insert Support Email].

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  3. Customers must ship the product back to our Hosur address at their own cost.

  4. Once inspected, we will ship the replacement item within 7–10 working days.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • The Poovai is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from product use.
